Refund Policy - the basics
Once the contract period or TAT (including the 3-day buffer) has expired, refund requests will not be applicable. All refund considerations will be evaluated based on the project’s progress and deliverables completed during the contract period.
What to include in the Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only within the agreed Turnaround Time (TAT) and Contract Period. Clients may request a refund if project deliverables are not met within the defined TAT, including a buffer period of 3 days for unforeseen delays.
